Wire Drawing: The wire rod / mother wire undergoes multiple passes of cold drawing to reach the target wire diameter, with tolerance and roundness controlled.
Annealing: Stainless steel wire and high-hardness wire are annealed to relieve cold-drawing stress, improve toughness and prevent wire breakage during weaving.
Pre-surface Cleaning: Remove lubricating grease from wire drawing.
Wire Anti-corrosion Treatment: Steel wire is electro-galvanized / hot-dip galvanized; aluminum wire is oxidized. PVC coated wire is also available. Anti-rust treatment is completed before warping and weaving.
Warping: Wind the metal wire neatly onto warp beams, arrange according to mesh count and unify tension. Ensure consistent tightness of each warp thread to avoid wavy mesh surface and uneven aperture size.
