Coiled warp wires are mounted onto the weaving loom. Warp wires are drawn out and arranged according to required specifications. The warp wires are staggered up and down, and the rapier carries weft wires to interlace and beat up. Plain weave is formed by interlacing warp and weft wires one over and one under, producing plain weave window screen mesh.
After weaving, the mesh is stretched on a mesh stretching machine to flatten the mesh surface and unify mesh openings. Following surface post-treatment, the mesh can be cut into roll sizes as you require.
