Factory Production
Raw metal plates or coils are inspected and flattened before stamping. Punching dies are selected and adjusted according to design specifications. Automatic punch presses stamp perforations to form the required pattern. Perforated sheets go through leveling rollers to remove warpage. Sheets are cut into finished sizes and edge burrs are carefully polished. Surface anti corrosion treatment is carried out, followed by QC and packaging.
