Metal raw coils or plates are leveled to ensure flatness before stamping. Punching moulds are installed and tested for hole accuracy. CNC punch presses stamp the planned perforation pattern continuously. Freshly stamped sheets are leveled again to release internal stress. Sheets are trimmed to required sizes and sharp edges are smoothed. Corrosion resistant finishing is applied, then final inspection and packaging.
