High-mesh count stainless steel woven mesh is a high-end industrial wire mesh manufactured by precision wire drawing and high-density warp-weft weaving technology. It features high mesh count, tiny and uniform aperture. It is mainly used for high-precision fine filtration, precise screening, dust purification and fluid pressure stabilization.
Main materials are 304, 316, 316L stainless steel, and special materials such as 310S and 2205 duplex stainless steel can be customized on demand. The material is impurity-free with uniform wire diameter. After softening and precision treatment, the woven mesh has a flat surface without broken wires or skipped wires, complying with industrial cleanliness standards and food and pharmaceutical safety specifications.

Raw stainless steel wires go through impurity removal and straightening treatment. Wires are mounted on industrial looms and separated into warp and weft groups. Looms interlace threads steadily under adjusted tension to form mesh. Completed mesh is flattened, then inspected for broken wires or irregular openings. Surface passivation treatment can be added on request. The mesh is cut to required length, rolled and packed securely.
